Usability tests have officially been completed, and the data has been analyzed. Overall user feedback was very positive, with the negative feedback being either known issues or small UI issues.
We are feeling very confident with out project to this point and have been working on compiling a list of things that need to be changed and worked on for the final presentation.
Overall our demo is in a good place with a few tweaks in the pipeline for the final demo, and our presentation was completed during about 2 hours spent over the weekend.

Usability Testing
We've recently begun our usability tests for our project. At least 2 hours were spent getting the pre-test and post-test survey questions prepared for our testers, while another 2 hours were spent preparing consent forms and our overall test outline and plan.
We began some user testing over the course of the weekend, however due to the tight time constraints of our testing window coupled with scheduling conflicts with both team members and the testers alike, not much headway could be made. We hope that rescheduling with several testers will allow us to take care of the majority, if not all, the testing tomorrow evening. About an hour was spend doing the short amount of testing over the weekend.
We recently added a 4th group member, Asma, in order to lighten our load and to have her participate in a group since her group also had personnel problems.

Week of 4/20
A lot of work was done on the prototype this week. We spent roughly 10 hours working as a team to get the demo operational. Thursday evening was a little rough.
Overall it turned out quite well, and we are all happy with the result. For next week we need to write up our test plan and get our professor to sign off on it before we can begin testing our application.

Week of 4/13
This week was largely spent working on assignment 3 instead of the project, however some project work was completed towards the end of the week.
As a group we got together and discussed our goals for next week's deliverable and determined who would be responsible for each section of what needed to be completed. Chris also began working with angular.js to set up templating for our pages and started to link our various pages together.
Next week will be spent refining each individual page as well as implementing changes that were suggested during our heuristic evaluation. The goal for the end of next week is to have everything laid out the way we want and to supply hard coded data for the system to return when used.

Week of 4/6
This week we talked with team 6 about the heuristics of our static prototype. We got quite a few good ideas from our discussion with them and will be working on implementing those changes next week and after we submit assignment 3.
We also determined a new feature for our system which will be a 'yik-yak' esque feed of user submitted information about current events. This new feature will replace some redundant info on our main page as well as help to separate our product from existing services.
Overall not much time was spent outside of class this week and next week will be spent mostly working on assignment 3 instead of our project.

Deliverable 3 Completed!
This week was a busy one, as we finished our 3rd deliverable for the project. We had to split up the work a little differently than we did at the start of break due to the official severance of Robert from the project team. At least 10 hours was spent working on the site that Transient would eventually become, and about 3 hours was spent on typing up the design artifact and creating architecture diagrams for submission.
With a large portion of the front-end done, we can now focus on refinement of the layout and styling, and the back-end functionality.

Out of the Ashes
Created a new blog for our Transient Project for SWEN-444. Internal issues meant we had to create a new place to post news about the project.
